Work Day at Island Oasis

Hi neighbors – our ‘old’ friends from Human Scale and new friends from Chicago Women in Architecture will be volunteering with us at the Island Oasis to stain the wood structures (now that the pressure treated lumber has dried out) as well as general beautification at the garden. Join us for a work day and help make our community garden even better 🙂
Stop by and help out for any amount of time from 9am to 4pm. Wear gloves if you have them and clothes that can get dirty. Cold drinks will be provided along with lunch for volunteers between Noon-1pm.
